About Us
Connecting with Communities was developed to offer First Nations peoples the opportunity to work with First Nations Support Coordinators to help with supporting consumers to get the best NDIA funding to support them with their needs and to support the NDIA planners to incorporate their cultural needs into their plan. CWC help First Nations people to understand how they can get the most out of their plan with culturally appropriate support.
CWC have First Nations Support Coordinators who specialise in Culturally appropriate supports. Our Support Coordinators are respected by the First Nations Communities in the Awabakal, Wonnarua, and Worimi. We have maintained these connections along with First Nations Communities across New South Wales. CWC supports consumers to navigate the referral process. This helps access the supports and build relationships with services involved.
CWC also have extensive Mental Health knowledge and First Nations Mental Health.
